Whole Heart Torah is a place of learning and practice dedicated to helping people connect with their most authentic selves and with Hashem. Drawing on Jewish spiritual wisdom and contemplative practices such as Jewish meditation, Whole Heart Torah offers teachings and experiences that nurture inner growth, deepen presence, and support a lived relationship with the Divine—one that is embodied, personal, and connected to Torah.

What to Expect
Sessions are tailored to your unique path and needs, with profound respect for your journey. Our time together may include conversations about your goals, guided meditation, periods of silent reflection, and teachings drawn from Jewish sources. Practices may involve breath awareness, mindful attention, and gentle body awareness, all aimed at cultivating kavannah (intention), yishuv hada’at (settled awareness), devekut (conscious attachment to Hashem), and a stronger sense of self and self-acceptance.
No prior experience with meditation or Jewish practice is required. Students are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level, with the goal of increasing presence, clarity, spiritual awareness, and genuine self-expression in daily life.
