Spiritual Direction

Rooted in Torah. Guided by Presence.

Many people long to feel closer to Hashem—to live with greater clarity, integrity, and purpose—but are unsure how to listen beneath the noise of daily life.

Spiritual direction offers a sacred, confidential space to slow down and attend to your inner world. It is a gentle, honest conversation that helps you notice where Hashem is already present in your life, your questions, your struggles, and your deepest longings.

As a Jewish meditating rabbi, I offer spiritual direction grounded in Torah, Jewish contemplative practice, and compassionate listening. Together, we explore your relationship with Hashem, your true self, and the unique path your soul is meant to walk.

What Is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is not therapy, coaching, or advice-giving per se, though there is overlap in those areas.
It is a practice of **deep listening**.

In our sessions, we listen together—to your lived experience, to your soul, and to the subtle ways Hashem may be inviting you forward. The focus is not on fixing or improving you, but on becoming more aware, more aligned, and more present.

Spiritual direction can help you:
* Deepen your relationship with Hashem
* Reconnect with your true self
* Find clarity around purpose and direction
* Navigate spiritual dryness, doubt, or transition
* Cultivate inner stillness and awareness
* Integrate Jewish meditation into daily life

My Approach
My work is rooted in:

* Torah and Jewish wisdom
* Jewish meditation and contemplative practice
* Non-judgmental, compassionate presence

I believe that every soul has an innate connection to Hashem and an inner wisdom waiting to be heard. Often, what is needed is not more answers, but a safe and attentive space in which truth can emerge naturally.

Our work together is gentle, respectful, and grounded. You set the pace. I walk alongside you as you learn to listen more deeply to yourself and to Hashem.

Who This Is For
Spiritual direction may be right for you if you:

* Feel spiritually stuck or disconnected
* Long for a deeper, more authentic Jewish life
* Are seeking clarity during a life transition
* Want to integrate meditation and mindfulness into your avodat Hashem
* Carry questions of faith, purpose, or identity
* Sense that your soul is asking for more

No specific level of observance or background is required—only a willingness to listen inwardly.

What a Session Looks Like
Sessions are one-on-one and confidential. They typically include:

* Quiet reflection or silence
* Gentle inquiry and attentive listening
* Space to explore prayer, experiences, questions, or challenges
* Occasional contemplative or meditative practices, when appropriate

Sessions are available in person or online.

Invitation
You do not have to walk your spiritual path alone.

If you feel drawn to deepen your connection with Hashem, to live with greater awareness and purpose, or simply to listen more honestly to your inner life, spiritual direction may be a meaningful next step.

I invite you to reach out for an introductory conversation.
